La Luz is an American band that has carved a unique niche in the indie music scene with their fusion of psychedelic rock, surf rock, and indie garage rock. Originating from Seattle, Washington, the band was formed by Shana Cleveland (vocals, guitar), with a lineup that has included Lena Simon (bass), Alice Sandahl (keyboards), and Audrey Johnson (drums). Known for their lush harmonies and dreamy melodies, La Luz’s music is a vibrant tapestry that draws from the surf and psychedelic influences of the 60s, wrapped in a modern indie rock aesthetic. Their sound is both nostalgic and forward-thinking, capturing a sense of timelessness that resonates with listeners across generations.
Hannah Mayree – Little Saint: Healdsburg
Hannah Mayree (they/them) is an artist and musician whose work as a banjoist, multi-instrumentalist, producer and vocalist has been a historic excavation of folk music as well as a window into the future of folk. Hannah has a body of work that highlights original and traditional banjo compositions as well as harmonies through acoustic live vocal looping and involves audiences in community singing. Critically acclaimed Indie Folk Rockers, THE HEAD AND THE HEART return to the Napa Valley in celebration of 15 years since the release of their self-titled debut album. Matthew Logan Vasquez (from Delta Spirit) – Little Saint: Healdsburg
Live at the Little Saint: Best-known as the co-founder and frontman for shape-shifting heartland indie rockers Delta Spirit, Matthew Logan Vasquez’s fiery delivery and thought provoking lyrics draw from a huge and versatile well of influences, including Gram Parsons, Kurt Cobain, Neil Young, and Iggy Pop. As a solo artist, he juggles elements of indie rock, electronic pop, R&B, and soulful Americana, flirting with despondency, but ultimately succumbing to beatitude, especially on 2017’s home-recorded yet vibrant sophomore effort, Does What He Wants.
Comedy: Josh Blue – Sebastiani Theatre – Sonoma
After his groundbreaking win on Last Comic Standing in 2006, Josh Blue has risen through the ranks to become a well-established headliner at venues throughout the world. In 2018, Josh crushed his set on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. In the same year, he was honored with a performance at the William H. Macy Gala at the prestigious Just for Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal, Canada. He wrapped up 2018 by recording his fifth hour special, Broccoli, at his home club, Comedy Works in Denver, CO. In 2021, following his 3rd place finish on NBC’s America’s Got Talent, Josh Blue hit the road with his As NOT Seen on TV Tour. Josh does over 200 shows a year, continuing to spread laughter and break down stereotypes of people with disabilities. His stand-up routine is in a constant state of evolution and his off-the-cuff improvisational skills guarantee that no two shows are alike.
Josh represented the United States in 8 countries as a member of the US Paralympic Soccer Team. Josh and his team were thoroughly disgraced in the 2004 Paralympic Games in Athens, Greece by not scoring a single goal. He is a single father living in Denver, CO with his son and daughter.
